taking risks in advertising
because safe bets are boring
I grew up in Sacramento, California, and eventually made my way to Eugene, Oregon to study Marketing and Business within the School of Journalism and Communication, where I earned my bachelor’s degree with a focus on advertising. Somewhere during my four years at the University of Oegon, I realized I wasn’t just interested in how brands speak, but how visuals, stories, and data all braid together to shape perception.
I’ve always lived at the intersection of art and structure. Photography, video, and design have been lifelong creative outlets, the “why” behind the work I do in marketing. On the other side, I’m deeply grounded in systems, performance, and outcomes.
My career started in marketing for compact construction equipment, which sharpened my operational thinking and introduced me to the contractor and home services world. Today, I manage marketing operations across three sister businesses in gutters, insulation, and roofing. While spray foam and shingles aren’t my artistic muse, I care deeply about what the work means: helping Oregon homeowners create safer, more comfortable, energy-efficient homes.
I grew up watching HGTV and once thought I’d become a realtor. That curiosity about homes never left, it just evolved into a different role: shaping how people find, understand, and choose the services that improve them.
Outside of work, I’m fueled by creative projects, photography, video work, and life with my two cats, Shimada and Bootymonster!
Professionally, I’m a results-oriented Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in lead generation, CRM systems, analytics, campaign optimization, and operational reporting. I specialize in turning messy data into clear direction and building systems that actually scale.
Non-professionally, I like a strong margarita, paddle boarding when I can, and writing.
